Come home to yourself.

When we’re feeling stuck or in pain, it can feel impossible to know how to move forward. We may feel overwhelmed by life’s challenges, or have a constant anxiety which plagues us, even if everything seems okay on the surface. Whatever your reason for being here, I will meet you where you’re at. My wish is for you to feel heard, seen, valued and understood, so that together, we can create a safe collaborative space for you to explore what is going on for you.

As an integrative psychotherapist specialising in healing emotional trauma, I have proven experience of helping clients to process and release the emotional burdens which are holding them back. My approach is informed by relational, transpersonal and somatic modalities, meaning I work with the whole of you, mind, body, and spirit.

My intention is to help you get to the root of your challenges through cognitive understanding (to bring what is unconsciously running your life into your awareness), inner parts work (re-integrating split off parts of yourself to bring you back to wholeness) and processing emotional trauma through the body, helping you to somatically release the pain which is keeping you stuck. I believe in your ability to heal yourself, that you already have everything you need within, and that my job is to support you whilst you unravel the emotional build-up which is splitting you apart.

"I have worked with Lucy for about 3 years to help untangle and process my anxiety and the underlying causes. I have found her to be a great empathetic listener that I feel safe to talk to every week. She asks insightful questions about my thoughts & feelings which often helps me to view my issues in a different light. I feel like she has helped me a lot through building a strong emotional awareness and refocusing my attention back to my body."

“Lucy is a wonderful therapist. She has provided me with a space where I can explore my own personality and emotional state without fear of judgement or ridicule. She has a way of directing you on your own path towards self-discovery, and I am extremely grateful to her for her kind manner, patience and professionalism.”

- Chelsea

"Lucy is an open, understanding & sharp therapist who has brought me back to the core of myself and what life is about within a short period. Time flies when I have my calls with her; I find myself being able to cover everything and anything in life - from workplace conflicts to aspects of my personality I see as a weakness and even less pleasant opinions that I have - all with no judgement. Lucy patiently talked me through these thoughts I had buried deep within me. She’s always interested, and asking me insightful questions that I haven’t considered. I never have to worry about what I say when I am with her. Lucy’s wisdom taught me to stand still in the everyday changes in life. She helped me gain confidence in myself and my emotions, which has been a challenge throughout my life. Lucy feels like a friend and a thought partner, someone I can confide in and who would guide me back to my core. I’m so grateful for our conversations and would recommend Lucy to anyone who wants to get to know themselves better, who is going through tough times, and who wants a trusted ally."

“I worked with Lucy to kick start my healing journey while in a rut, while needing help with a specific challenge I was facing in my life. Within our sessions we dove deep into the different parts of my life that helped bring clarity and surrender into my day to day being. I feel like through my time working with Lucy I've gained the tools I need to stay grounded and learned how to feel more present in the moment rather than future-thinking. I would highly recommend Lucy as a therapist, as her calm and nurturing tone paired with her intuitive and thoughtful prompts really helped me throughout our time working together.”

- Christine

“Lucy helped me through a really difficult few months to see things from a different perspective. She listened to everything I said and offered a different viewpoint when necessary and even challenged me occasionally. This helped get me thinking differently and make progress in myself and my relationship.”

- Matt

“Lucy has helped me massively over the past few months in dealing with anxiety over relationships and the feeling of being left behind. I've had a few therapists in the past but no one has had an obvious positive impact the way Lucy has. Lucy is really empathetic and I feel very safe talking to her. Not only that, but she has given me so many tools/ insights which have helped me get to a better place. I really recommend her!”
